If life was any better….

Having Fun in the Bahamas with Shane & Michelle Krider

Having Fun in the Bahamas with Shane & Michelle Krider

I truly live the ideal life. I have an incredible business that is flourishing, great friends, incredible mentors and a loving, husband who just finished his first book: Integrity is Everything.

Beyond that I have this community. A united group of people committed to the path of self-improvement and personal evolution. If life was any better, I’d think I was stuck in a dream and forgot to wake up!

Everyday I am living my Perfect Day, as envisioned in Beyond Freedom.

But this isn’t a dream. This is life. I sometimes think back to the journey I have experienced. A painful childhood devoid of fun and filled with poverty and sadness. The journey to break away, working 3 jobs to put myself through college, financial distress, and more.

Yet, along the path, there has always been great people. People who inspired me to be more, achieve more, do more.

And, that is what I experienced on our last Beyond Freedom call. As we celebrated our wins with Beyond Freedom, completing another round of great discussions on the lessons in this life transforming program published by Liberty League International, I found myself speechless…words could not express how inspired I am by everyone’s committment to being their own personal best.

We all start somewhere. My life, as it is now, is completely by my own design. When I first started Beyond Freedom 6 years ago, I discovered for myself my own ability to create my life (the good and bad). With this realization came a powerful sense of personal responsibility and the freedom from being at the effect of others, time and money. I learned to charge after my vision and goals, regardless of the appearances of circumstances. The “I can’ts” became “I can’s”, as cliche as that may sound – it’s true.

And in this evolution, I have broken through some incredible barriers to creat the life I now live, surrounded by authentically good people in a company that is changing the world and bringing people around the globe together on a mission to be achievers, rather than victims.

I know you will enjoy our call. It was incredible. You’ll find it in the call archives.

I look forward to seeing you next week as we start Beyond Freedom again!

You Can Never Outperform Your Self-Image

I’m very excited about tonights Beyond Freedom call on Self-Image. This has been a very powerful lesson for me.

I grew up instilled with many limitting beliefs about who I was, what I was capable of and my value to the world. As a woman, I also grew up with a very limitted view of what it meant for a woman to be beautiful (such as in the airbrushed covers showing super models in the swimwear).

Using the exercise in this lesson, I was able to see myself in my entirety, beautiful, powerful and ready to take on the world. I reflect on this lesson often as it’s easy to allow “appearances” to run our life. There’s more to life than our age, the number on the scale and the limitations put on us by our families socio-economic status.

When I was 12 years old, I was incredibly inspired by Oprah Winfrey…I still am. I was raised in a home that was covertly racist. So, to turn on the TV and see a black woman, who was overweight and didn’t fit the criteria for “TV beautiful”, thriving and succeeding, I was in awe and totally realized there was much more for my life than what I was told was possible. Oprah actually cracked the foundation of my beliefs in what I was being indoctrinated with.

But how did she get to be who she is? She obviously saw herself as more as well. She was able to develop the self-image of a woman who succeeded in TV, is incredibly beautiful and gracious. She developed that self-image and grew into it.

My husband John always says to “Think From the End”. Hence, if you want to be leaner and healthier, think as though you already are and then make decisions as such. If you want to be wealthy and successful, think as though you already are and then make decisions as such. That is what this lesson is about…thinking from the end; developing a self-image of the person we desire to be and living into it.

Be – Do – Have.

Change and Acceptance

Tonight’s Beyond Freedom Experience call as exceptional. Thank you to everyone who participated. What makes this call so awesome is how much everyone contributed. It’s through our sharing and collaboration that we learn from each other and understand new perspectives.

This is a lesson I often reflect upon. Without change we stagnate…it’s human nature to thrive in change. Bob Proctor has often said you’re either growing or dying, there’s no inbetween. Change is exciting, it’s the opening to possibility and it’s through change that we discover our true potential; what we are truly capable of.

Change enables us to develop our fortitude and to recognize within ourselves our own power. Once we own our power, we are able to create our lives as we wish and realize our dreams. To embrace change we must first accept where we are, accept ourselves and acknowledge our greatness and potential. With this acknowledgement comes a willingness to learn, grow and adapt…a willingness to embrace change and the rewards it will bring.

I think often of little children. They are so adaptable, so eager to experience new things. Children get bored easily with things that are familiar. They thrive on new experiences…they love to learn, adapt and conquer. Many adults have lost that fire for change because they were told that failure is bad; that failure is something to be avoided at all costs. But if it weren’t for failure, how would we ever learn? How would we ever use our natural problem solving abilities. The ability to contemplate, formulate and solve problems is what separates us from all other animals and if it weren’t for failure, we would never eliminate what doesn’t work to know what does work.

What an exciting lesson! I could go on and on and on…some of you who have spent time with me at events know this is true! Thank you again to all where were present, it was an exciting experience.

I’m excited to read your comments and I hope you enjoy the new look of BeyondFreedomExperience.com!

Wow! Wow! Wow!

That’s all I can say about last night’s Beyond Freedom Call.

Thank you to our guest co-host, Beyond Freedom co-creator, Shane Krider.

The call on Positive and Negative Energy is a call everyone should listen too. We had a great discussion about how creating our own internal vibes causes the universe to deliver great things.

Bad vibes = bad events
Good vibes = good events

Sounds simple, yet can take practice to implement. Starting with love and acceptance of ourself, first and foremost, and watching that manifest into abundance and prosperity.

Thank you to everyone who participated on the call…it was awesome because of YOU!

Here’s the recording:

So, Sunday night I was feeling pretty crappy. Definetely not the day for me to host a conference call on the Subconscious Mind! Somehow I had attracted some not so good food into my life:)

But…when adversity strikes is sometimes a great opportunity! I had some downtime to catch up on my personal development and everyone on the line got to hear from the master of the Subconscious Mind: John Lavenia!

It was a great call…thank you to everyone who participated in the call. And, what a great conversation.

I used the power of affirmations and my subconscious mind to rid myself of the ills and felt totally better in the morning. I had spent some time focusing on feeling bad and I started to feel worse. So, I thought…I better get my act together and start focusing on feeling great. I relaxed and pictured waking up with energy and enthusiasm, ready to tackle the day. And, that’s exactly what happened!

And…everyone got to spend some time with John. If you missed the call, here’s the recording for you. Enjoy!

Is it hard to acknowledge yourself?

One of the hardest things for some people is acknowledging their own accomplishments.

Perhaps it’s because so many of us were told as children that to do so was egotistical or bragadocious. But, I distinctly remember the times I was so excited about something I had accomplished I just wanted to tell everyone about it.

Not to brag, just to celebrate!

That’s what we’ll be talking about tonight…celebrating our wins, accomplishments and self. We’ll be talking about the power of loving yourself and openly expressing gratitude and self-praise for all you are.

Join me at 9pm for an open discussion about the power of acknowledging – yourself and others.

Do Affirmations Work?

We had an awesome call tonight! It’s been a few weeks since we’ve been together on the Beyond Freedom Experience call. Many of us were enjoying time in Rome for Liberty League’s Summit Conference. It was great being together with everyone, experiencing the speakers, community and the history!

Tonight’s call was fabulous. We had a great conversation about the power of affirmations and the role they play in the results we experience in life (both positive and negative). We also talked about how to use affirmations to create the life we desire, in the present and future.

Some of the affirmations I shared on the call were:

“Everyday, in everyway, I’m getting better and better.”
“I am the leader people want to get started with.”
“I am a magnet to money”
“Everything always seems to go my way.”

Other affirmations:
“I am creating my ideal body”
“I am attracting my ideal mate”
“I’m the luckiest person alive”

If you have favorite affirmations, be sure to include them in the comments!

Thank you to everyone who participated! This call is truly a “community call”…the more participation, the more value we receive.

If you missed the call, you can listen to it below or download it to your favorite MP3 player on the go.

And…the Adventure Begins Again

Last Sunday we started another 90 days of Beyond Freedom. What an incredible call we had…from learning to “go outside the box”, to thinking beyond what we think is possible to what really IS possible!

What truly made this call awesome was everyone sharing and giving of themselves on the call. This level of authentic giving reveals to others how they too can benefit from using Beyond Freedom. So, from my heart, Thank YOU!

Today’s call is going to be awesome as well. I’m excited to have a special guest host on the line…one of the Summit Advisors on my team, Denise Diggs. Denise has experienced a remarkable transformation through her commitment to doing Beyond Freedom and giving of herself. From a “mousy housewife” as she puts it, to a powerful, fully self-expressed, loving life mom and wife who has found passion for life again.

Denise will be hosting the Beyond Freedom call tonight, as she has some very powerful and special insights into the lesson What is Possible!
