I truly live the ideal life. I have an incredible business that is flourishing, great friends, incredible mentors and a loving, husband who just finished his first book: Integrity is Everything.
Beyond that I have this community. A united group of people committed to the path of self-improvement and personal evolution. If life was any better, I’d think I was stuck in a dream and forgot to wake up!
Everyday I am living my Perfect Day, as envisioned in Beyond Freedom.
But this isn’t a dream. This is life. I sometimes think back to the journey I have experienced. A painful childhood devoid of fun and filled with poverty and sadness. The journey to break away, working 3 jobs to put myself through college, financial distress, and more.
Yet, along the path, there has always been great people. People who inspired me to be more, achieve more, do more.
And, that is what I experienced on our last Beyond Freedom call. As we celebrated our wins with Beyond Freedom, completing another round of great discussions on the lessons in this life transforming program published by Liberty League International, I found myself speechless…words could not express how inspired I am by everyone’s committment to being their own personal best.
We all start somewhere. My life, as it is now, is completely by my own design. When I first started Beyond Freedom 6 years ago, I discovered for myself my own ability to create my life (the good and bad). With this realization came a powerful sense of personal responsibility and the freedom from being at the effect of others, time and money. I learned to charge after my vision and goals, regardless of the appearances of circumstances. The “I can’ts” became “I can’s”, as cliche as that may sound – it’s true.
And in this evolution, I have broken through some incredible barriers to creat the life I now live, surrounded by authentically good people in a company that is changing the world and bringing people around the globe together on a mission to be achievers, rather than victims.

Our call just now, this beautiful Sunday evening, just ended with a powerful testament about the experience of going through the Beyond Freedom program multiple times. I am one of those who is in the midst of a Beyond-Freedom-to-the-fourth-power experience… ha! But what you said is SO TRUE. I was looking back through my life time lines from BF’s past, and do you know that I don’t even view my life and its highs and lows in the same way I did the first time I went through this program? That is so incredible to me!
For those of you who are unfamiliar, BF asks that we diagram out our life on a horizontal diagram, noting the highs and lows associated with various times and ages in our lives. Mine is a veritable zig zag of highest highs and lowest lows… but what is really amazing is how my perspective of those events has even changed. Not that the births of my children and my marriage to Tim aren’t the highs they were before… but literally the way my life’s diagram and the way I view what are truly the ups and downs of my life are absolutely unique in each and ever diagram I’ve made through doing this program multiple times. WOW~
And the thing I notice the most is that the number of highs just keeps growing, not because recent history has drastically altered my view of my own life (even though it has), but because with my powerful new mindset, I view some of even my most trying times as highs… they were the door opening for me to a new and exciting time in my life.
Thank you, Shannon, for your continuing commitment to the sharing of this powerful experience with all of us. I am truly in gratitude for you and your insight and the invitation to each of us to empower ourselves by conveying our growth, achievement, victories, perspective on past losses… all the very personal stories that make the BF Experience a wonderful place to be on Sunday evening.
